ArtNetCity - is a virtual city that has a place for everyone. It’s a new Web-site that will be able to help not only creative people, but all people of all professions and activities!
It will help some people to get established in their profession or hobby, while others will use our system to find professionals and products they need!

We’ve created a general concept, worked out the design and information structure, and we have already launched an Alpha version of our website!
But this is a large, time-consuming project. And we cannot finish it without you. Now the project, that will be able to help you with any of your activities, needs help from you.
Take part in developing ArtNrtCity! Any assistance will be greatly appreciated! What we need is:
- The necessary funds to finish the code development,
- work out all the functions and capabilities of the system,
- and set a powerful server up.

How our promotion system favorably differs from others? It is the fact that, among other filters (selective factors) there will be a «profession» filter. You can choose the professions of people to show your banner to, or professions of people not to show it to. You are selling paintbrushes? Show your banner only to artists!
You do not want to promote anything? You can give or sell the voucher to someone else!
Please note that we are creating a place (ArtNetCity) where you can gain popularity and find fans and clients without a promotion. Just making good things that people like should to be enough for this in ArtNetCity. And we are not planning ever make possible to influence search engine algorithms or alter search results through paying dollars or ArtNetCoins. A little banner on our site does not discord with this principle, however it plays the role of an instrument that can help people to learn about you or your products faster.
The winners who will receive vouchers will be randomly selected among those who posted the repost link. Multiple reposts (for example, on Facebook and on Twitter) increase your chances! Moreover, the number of vouchers raffled off depends on the total number of reposts and is calculated using the formula y = x ^ 0.25 (where y – is the number of voucher raffled off and x – total number of reposts made) with rounding down and can reach maximum 10 vouchers for those who did not pass by! Everyone who contributed to the creation of the project – is listed on a special page – Thanks list (backers list), which is saved on our website and will be available as long as ArtNetCity exists. Everyone who benefits from ArtNetCity (achieves something, gets self-established, or finds professionals or products needed with the help our system) will be thankful to these people.
Backers list will be arranged in such a way that all the names (except the backers of the last level) will be randomly shuffled each time they are displayed. So every name (except probably one or a few names) in the list will have an equal chance of being seen, regardless of any factors (initial letter or backer level).
You will be able to attach a hyperlink to your name in the list. It can be a link to your personal web-site, page, or your web-project (we reserve the right not to connect the links to resources of immoral, prohibited or offensive contents). The order in the backers list depends on the contribution to ArtNetCity.
Moreover, everyone, who takes part in the creation of ArtNetCity is able to leave an opinion or a suggestion about what he or she would like to add or change in the concept of our project. We will read absolutely all messages. Good ideas and observations will be taken into consideration! Moreover, everyone will be able to see your message after we review and publish it. The message will be displayed on hovering over your name in the backers list. Message length is limited to 100 characters. Off topic, offensive or obscene language messages, of course, will not be published.

Alphabetic address. After registration every personal page gets a permanent web-address, which is represented by an ID number. The average personal page web-address looks like “www.artnetcity.com/12345”, where 12345 is the ID number.
Those who made a definite contribution to the future of ArtNetCity will be able to pick a unique alphabetic address (for example, www.artnetcity.com/my_address) in addition to the ID number address!
We are planning to implement this feature for everybody later. However, a lot of alphabetic addresses will not be available for picking because they are already taken by ArtNetCity backers.
The ArtNetCity plastic card is a member’s card of the backers’ club – people who have contributed to the creation of ArtNetCity. About in a year after the successful launch, we will have a party for backers. And this plastic card will be a pass to this event. Do not lose it, as it will be useful after the party as well!

At this level, a special settings page unlocks for you - on it you can choose an exclusive frame for your profile picture. It frames the profile picture outside the picture area, so other users will not be able to achieve the same effect. The frames will be colored, textured, and they can be activated, deactivated and changed on the special settings page that is hidden for other users.
The ArtNetCity calendar poster is a beautiful laminated A3-format poster with a calendar on which approximate dates of upcoming updates and events related to the ArtNetCity project will be marked. Place it on the wall in the hallway and all the guests will be able to see it and ask you about the project in which you have taken part!
ArtNetCity T-shirt is a high-quality branded T-shirt with our logo. Be sure to put this T-shirt on the events of ArtNetCity that we plan to hold, it will not only distinguish you from others, but will also give you additional advantages.
Mark of distinction – is a special design feature that distinguishes the person among all the other users and shows the contribution to the creation of ArtNetCity. It is obvious, that such people will get special attention within the network. This mark will be shown in the heading of your page and in the search results next to your name. You will be able to choose one of our designs or draw and suggest your own! The mark will be shown by default, but you will be able to hide it if you want.
ArtNetCity logo vinyl car sticker – is a high-quality image of ArtNetCity logo on a self-adhesive vinyl film for your car. Probably you have a car, or maybe you will have one in the nearest future. We hope that this sticker will look good on your car, and you will feel prideful answering the question of the curious people: "Yes, I am the one who made a significant contribution to the creation of ArtNetCity and helped make this world better". Moreover, we will try to provide you with a special parking space at future events.
5-minute call to the creator will give you the opportunity to get answers to your questions or simply express your opinion talking with the creator of ArtNetCity.
Rating multiplier increases the rating of your account. And this time you will not just get a bonus, which is equivalent to a certain number of subscribers, but instead this bonus will multiply the rating of your account! That is, if you have 100 subscribers, and a 5% rating multiplier, the account rank will be equivalent to 105 subscribers, if 10000 - it will be the equivalent of 10500, and so on!
Design changing reward gives you the ability to change the design of your page at your wish. Possible changes include different styles and appearance changing of all pages of your account. This changing will be visible not to you only, but to all visitors of your page.
Unique ID (2, 4-10, 11-20). After registration every personal page gets a permanent web-address, which is represented by an ID number. The average personal page web-address looks like “www.artnetcity.com/12345”, where 12345 is the ID number. If you choose ID number 11, your page web-address will be “www.artnetcity.com/11” instead.
Please note, that these ID numbers are unique and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning that you must be the first backer of a certain level to pick the ID number you want.
Short ID numbers are easier to remember, faster to type, and also show special position within the social network. Moreover, short ID numbers appear to get increased interest and attention of people. This means, that pages with short ID numbers get more visitors and, as a result, more popularity and fame.
Secret feature – the content of which you will know only when you get this feature. It will not be given to ordinary users, and it will not be sold in the future, this opportunity is unique only to you. ID of your choice.
At this level, you will get a special opportunity to claim an ArtNetCity account ID of your choice. ID – is usually a number assigned to an account in order of priority, it does not mean anything and has just the function of a key used to find an account. However it can be different for you. You can fill this number with meaning. We give you the right to choose any number, except 0-99 or numbers starting with “0”, up to 9 digits long. I, Ivan Lukyanov, the creator of the idea and founder (general director) of ArtNetCity, will personally meet with you in the format convenient for you. The meeting can be held (arranged) in an interview format, in which I can publicly give answers to your questions regarding the project. However we can meet in an informal setting and (just chat) spend time chatting and having fun if you will want to.
I will tell you the history of the project, from the beginning idea to the final implementation. I will tell you about the difficulties we faced and the decisions taken to overcome these challenges. I'll tell you about future plans and the ideas that may be adopted to ArtNetCity.

Moreover, your name will always be on the top of the Thanks list, while the other names in the list will always be shuffled. If you are the only backer at this level, you will always be the first in the Thanks list.

The most important reward for all of us is fully functional ArtNetCity. The website already exists and functions as an alpha version. The detailed website structure and the design of all pages are ready, and you can even see how everything will look like on our website. The main part of the work is to give life to that pages and systems by completing the entire software part of ArtNetCity.
Active programming work will begin immediately after receiving the necessary funds. We are planning to complete all the conceptual features in 3-4 months, if there are no unforeseen difficulties. However, we are going to make updates to an already working system as we implement certain functions, so you will be able to some extent follow the process of creating ArtNetCity.
Moreover, after the successful completion of the planned, we will actively and constantly work on improving the system. We already have a lot of ideas for the subsequent improvement of ArtNetCity.
5, 10, 20-minute call to the creator may be set up and made already in 2 weeks after a successful launch.
A meeting and interview with the creator can potentially be carried out by mutual agreement after a month from the launch.
By that time, we are planning to deal with the assignment of the selected identification numbers.
We plan to send all material rewards in a period between a month and two after the launch. Plus delivery time, which depends on your location and the work of the postal services. Material rewards include: plastic card, poster-calendar, t-shirt and vinyl sticker on the car.
Until that time, we also plan to complete and publish the Thanks list.

In the process of working on the programming part, after completion of certain parts of the work, we are planning to create a special page in the profile settings, where you will be able to activate and use special functionsareceived as a reward for your donation. These include: a frame for a profile picture, a mark of distinction, a design change, and a secret function. Some functions may be completed a little earlier, some a little later, in about 3 months after the launch.
In 3-4 months, a rating bonus and rating multiplier will be granted.
